BSQ Research has started a collaboration with UPilot Inc., a Silicon Valley start up firm that has created a very innovative CRM software system that helps salespeople manage their workflow. The UPilot software features analytics and reporting, pipeline tracking and forecasting of sales, productivity and collaboration tools, and integration with a wide array of third party software.
The focus of the joint project with UPilot will be to create AI tools that enhance the performance of many of these features. We will also introduce entirely new tools based on AI and Machine Learning. A few elementary tools have already been implemented that simplify and improve the emailing process. Other tools that are on the drawing board include smart display of appointments and emails, AI based scheduling, and Machine Learning based prediction of deal success or failure.
